How requests, revisions and turnaround work, and what you get each month.
How many designs will I get each month?
It depends on how quickly you send requests and feedback. Professional clients typically receive 3–4 finished designs a month, and Executive clients around double that. There’s no fixed monthly cap: we start your next request as soon as the current one is done.
What counts as one request?
One request is one design: a landing page, a dashboard screen, a brochure cover, or something of similar size. Larger work, such as a full website or a multi-page brochure, is split into several requests and delivered one after another. We’ll always agree how a bigger project will be split before we start.
How fast is turnaround?
New designs are delivered in 3–5 business days, and revisions in 1–2 business days. The clock starts once we have a complete brief.
What’s an “active request”?
It’s a request we’re working on right now. Professional clients have one active request at a time and Executive clients have two. You can queue as many requests as you like, and we start the next one as soon as an active one is finished.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover changes within the original brief, such as copy, layout tweaks, colours and imagery. They’re delivered in 1–2 business days and don’t use up a new request. A change of direction or extra scope, like new sections or a different concept, counts as a new request.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as you need to get the design right, as long as they stay within the original brief.
What can you design?
Landing pages, web and app screens, dashboards, brand assets, and print pieces such as brochure covers, flyers and print ads.
What’s the difference between Professional and Executive?
Executive has two active requests instead of one, so you get roughly twice the output at the same turnaround. It also includes a monthly 30-minute walkthrough call to review work and plan upcoming requests.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Once a design is delivered, it’s yours.
What files will I receive?
Depending on the project, you’ll receive Figma files plus exported PNG, PDF or SVG files.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause or cancel at any time, and your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.
